MASCOTS: The IEEE Computer Society's annual MASCOTS conferences have a long and distinguished history in the
field of Performance Modeling, Measurement and Analysis of Computer Systems and Networks. The 15th MASCOTS international meeting will be
organized by Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey, in October of 2007 and encourages researchers worldwide to submit both
